Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@americanenterprise.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with Section 9.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and American Enterprise Inc. regarding the Site.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred.
